Inner Sunset

Inner Sunset lies south of Golden Gate Park, north of Vincente, east of 19th Ave. and west of Stanyan. The east side contains much of San Francisco's higher elevations including Mt. Sutro (elevation 908), Golden Gate Heights Park and Grandview Park. Did I mention the fog?

The earliest homes constructed in 1887 were near Lincoln Way and 5th Avenue.

Many of the residents work or study at the University of California at San Francisco Medical Center on Mt. Sutro.
